Welcome to the Snugmeal blog
Hi. This is the first post on the Snugmeal blog — a place where we calmly break down one thing: how to eat well without overpaying.
We’re building Snugmeal in Poland, around real prices from Biedronka, Lidl and Auchan. The same spirit lives here on the blog — concrete, with numbers, no empty slogans.
What we’ll write about
- A week of meals on a budget — how to plan your food so you stay within the amount you actually want to spend.
- Shopping without waste — a list organised by aisle, buying just enough, and using up leftovers.
- Macros in plain language — how much protein, carbs and fat you really need, without doing maths in your head.
- Real prices — what’s worth buying where, and how the cost of a basket changes.
- Recipes — simple, cheap, and good enough that you’ll actually cook them twice.
Why a blog before the app launches
Because good shopping and kitchen habits work right now — whether or not you have our app. We want these posts to be useful on their own.
And when Snugmeal launches — in early autumn 2026 — we’ll bake the same principles into an automatic meal plan and shopping list.
Healthy food doesn’t have to be expensive. Most of the time, a plan is enough.
